Formerly the President & CEO of Pearl Pool Plastering, Scott now leads the continued growth of the brand platform, expanding its capabilities and market presence in aquatic and specialty outdoor construction services.

Mitch Larriva serves as President of Resurrection Pools and CDC Pools, leveraging his expertise across all facets of pool construction, including a specialization in the renovation market, to drive strategic growth and lead high-performing teams. His leadership has been instrumental in scaling brands through sustained financial growth and geographic expansion, optimizing operations and driving client satisfaction.

With a nationwide track record in pool construction, Mitch has been a key driver of operational growth across the Amenity Construction Group portfolio. Recognizing the value and legacy built by pool company owners, he played a foundational role in building out Jim Hinson Pools and leading the integration of Resurrection Pools following its acquisition, ensuring a smooth and beneficial transition. His understanding of the complexities of pool construction operations and his proven success in growing companies make him a valuable partner for existing owners considering their next chapter.

Chris Seeger serves as President of Jim Hinson Pools and Specialty Pool & Fountain, optimizing processes and elevating service standards to deliver high-quality aquatic and outdoor construction projects. Known for his ability to scale businesses that thrive in both commercial and residential environments, his client-centric approach prioritizes customer experience as a powerful driver of sustainable revenue growth through long-term client relationships and strong referral business.

With involvement in every function of pool construction, from hands-on building to human resources, IT, and sales and marketing, Chris brings a versatile and comprehensive understanding of the industry. His focus on best-in-class performance and customer loyalty has positioned our new construction brands for continued success and makes him an invaluable leader driving value creation within the Amenity Construction Group portfolio.

Dave Turfle serves as Vice President of Pearl Pool Plastering, overseeing plaster operations to ensure high-quality production and providing hands-on leadership across the Amenity Construction Group portfolio. His role involves frequent travel to support the offices and foster team success through his technical knowledge and management expertise.

Dave brings extensive expertise in pool repair, plastering, and team leadership, cultivated over more than two decades in the industry. He began his career as a repair technician, building a strong foundation in pool repair and chemistry. He quickly advanced through the organization, managing teams, honing his craft, and gaining valuable experience in commercial aquatics management before returning to construction with a broader perspective on solutions across the industry.
